Clauses and Statement

Commitment

 

In order to respect children's painting works, we promise that, after the series of events, the Organizing Committee will return the original works to the participants. 

 

 

Original Statement

 

(1)All entries must be original works of children. If any work is found to be plagiarized, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will disqualify such work from the Competition. If the above work has been awarded, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will take back the reward and bonus given to the entrant of such work and affix legal liability on him/her.

 

(2)If any dispute occurs due to the plagiarism of any work, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will affix legal liability on the entrant of such work and his/her guardians in accordance with law; meanwhile, such entrant and his/her guardians shall compensate for all losses suffered by the Competition arising therefrom.

 

 

Statement of Rights and Liabilities

 

(1)The Organizing Committee of the Competition shall own all the property rights related to the copyrights of the entries, including but not limited to the right to exhibit, publish and propagandize the works and other relevant rights.

 

(2)The entrants of the selected works shall be responsible for mailing their works and bear relevant mailing expenses. The Organizing Committee of the Competition shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of the selected works occurred during the course of mailing or packing the same or opening the package thereof.

 

(3)During the exhibition of the entries, award ceremony and other activities, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will take pictures of such activities and shall have the right to use such pictures and own the copyright thereof, including but not limited to use the works in the following ways: exhibition, publication, propaganda, media display, etc.

 

(4)No fee will be charged for participation in the Competition, but the winners will be responsible for their own traveling & accommodation for travel to Shenzhen to receive awards.

 

(5)The entrants and their guardians shall warrant that their works have not participated in any commercial or non-commercial activities in any form before, or the Organizing Committee of the Competition will affix legal liability on them in accordance with law.

 

(6)The Organizor has the right to adjust the competition arrangement. Please refer to the official websiet for details.

 

 

Before participation in the Competition, the entrants and their guardians shall carefully read the clauses and statement of the Competition. Once the works are submitted, the entrants and their guardians shall be deemed to have agreed to the above clauses and statement.

 

The Organizing Committee of the Competition shall have the final right to interpret the above clauses.
